DARK ISLE FIRST PUBLIC PERFORMANCE 30th September 2023

In September, DARK ISLE received its first public performance closing the Wanstead Fringe Festival 2023 in East London. The show was presented in a concert form with semi-staged scenes and live performances of the songs.

EVITA IN CONCERT 31st July-1st Aug 2023

This Summer Ralph made his West End debut at the Theatre Royal Drury Lane performing in EVITA IN CONCERT as part of the London Musical Theatre Chorus.

The concert featured an all-star cast including Auli'i Cravalho (Voice of Moana) as Evita and Matt Rawle (Evita, Zorro) as Che. The show ran over a total of three performances to near sold out audiences.

THE BOY WHO SAILED THE OCEAN IN AN ARMCHAIR at BEAM, 25th May 2023

In May, Ralph went up to Oxford to take part in a 15 minute presentation of Jordan Li-Smith and Lara Williamson's brand new musical THE BOY WHO SAILED THE OCEAN IN AN ARMCHAIR which was performed with a 14-strong cast alongside a 5-piece band led by Musical Director Ben Cox. Suzie Curran choreographed the presentation and Ben Ferguson provided the orchestrations.

 

The presentation took place at The Oxford Playhouse as part of the BEAM 2023 Showcase. The show will receive its first public outing from August 16-19 at the Leicester Curve with students from NYMT.

LONGITUDE WORKSHOP 17th February 2023

Ralph recently took on the role of astronomer and mathematician Edmond Halley in a workshop of a new musical LONGITUDE about the inventor of the world's first sea clock, John Harrison. The workshop, directed by Charlie Westenra, was presented at the Arcola Theatre in East London.
